Rental request information

We collect the name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing addresses, rental choices, company name and notes you submit so we can arrange your rental and contact you about your request.

Signed rental records

When you sign and submit, we retain your typed signature, the submission time, the rental details, and a copy and version of the terms you accepted. The business owner can review these records in the protected booking dashboard.

Rental updates and private links

We send booking status, extension decisions and return reminders to the rental email address you provide. A private rental link grants access to limited rental details and extension requests; keep it private. We retain extension requests, decisions and email submission records separately from your signed agreement. Website request source labels, such as a phone booking link or Google link, help us count where enquiries originate.

Phone enquiries

Our AI calling assistant uses Retell and our telephone provider. When its connection to this website is active, we save call summaries, transcripts, caller numbers and call times for the business owner to review. We withhold call content and caller details when the call’s storage setting restricts personal information. Connected email notifications send enquiry summaries to the business. A call does not create a rental booking.

Storage and service providers

This website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and database storage. When email notifications are connected, rental request details are sent through Resend to the business and to the email address you provide. Request metadata is used to limit automated abuse.

Payments

This form does not collect payment card information and does not charge you. Availability, final dates and the invoice are confirmed separately.
